Our hiring and onboarding services vary therefore we do not have a predetermined fee that covers every situation. However, to give you an idea of your investment for a full service package (including search, recruitment, hiring and onboarding), it is 25% of the first year salary which includes an upfront mobilization fee to start the work – the amount is determined on a case-by-case basis ranging from $5000 – $10,000.
